An interdisciplinary colloquium at the University of Konstanz is dedicated – with an aspect of science and practice – to questions and problems of the Digitalization of Law

Overview:

• Colloquium “Law and Digitization” on May 11th and 12th, 2023 at the University of Konstanz
• The colloquium examines the question of what datafication and digitalization mean for the law itself, taking an interdisciplinary look at science and legal practice
• A public panel discussion on May 11, 2023, will discuss the digitalization of the application of the law with representatives from science and practice
