Res. Assist. Yiğit Yeniyetişme

Yiğit Yeniyetişme is a research assistant at Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law Department of İstanbul University Faculty of Law. He got his bachelor’s degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law and completed his masters at İstanbul University Graduate School of Social Sciences with the thesis titled “Variations in criminal law of Turkey within the context of main principles of crime policy”. Currently Yiğit is continuing his PhD studies under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adem Sözüer at İstanbul University. His research mainly focuses on digital, cybersecurity and economic approaches of criminal and criminal procedural law. In DIGICRIMJUS Project, Yiğit takes the role as a researcher, technician and also is responsible for the newsletters with Asst. Prof. Dr. Sertaç Işıka.
